We sell beef by the hanging weight of the carcass after harvest. Our current beef price is $3.50/pound. You are also responsible for paying the separate processing fees for cutting and wrapping your meat. Our processor will walk you through the cutting list options including steaks, roasts, brisket, Tomahawk Ribeye, pre-made burger patties, and ground beef.
We use Jerome Country Market to harvest and cut your meat to your family's personal needs. Your meat will be vacuum sealed and ready for you to pick up within two weeks of our drop off date. All beef is custom cut to your specifications. The final total package weight and price can vary.
